When you download, access, and use the OneRequest App, it may use technology to automatically collect:

When you access and use the OneRequest App, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the OneRequest App, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the OneRequest App.
- Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device’s telephone number.
- Stored Information and Files. The OneRequest App also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts, and address book information.
If you do not want us to collect this information, do not download the OneRequest App or delete it from your device.

Customers who utilize OneRequest’s Concierge Service, and who remit payments for such service through the Website, will have personal information collected by PayPal. When you make a payment to us through PayPal, PayPal is acting as a service provider to us. However, PayPal also offers payment services through your PayPal account enabling you to make payments to many companies other than OneRequest. In that regard, PayPal is an independent controller or business under applicable privacy laws for the purpose of processing your personal information and that information, along with any requests you may have with respect to that information, is controlled by PayPal and subject to the PayPal Privacy Statement. With whom do we share your information?
We share your information with companies who assist us in providing services, when we need to protect our Website or information and when we sell our businesses. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
